Trading and Transactions
Our site connects with the Ethereum blockchain to show items for sale. By using this site, you acknowledge and understand the 0x protocol,
Immutable X, and the Ethereum blockchain, and you permit IMXTrade to execute trades on your behalf. Some interactions with Immutable X will occur via a popup hosted by Immutable. IMXTrade does not hold digital assets but completes trades based on your signed transactions. IMXTrade is not liable for any assets traded through the platform; all transactions are final and cannot be reversed. A fee, based on a percentage of the purchase price, is charged on each token transaction completed through IMXTrade

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IMXTrade operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
